HALT-HASS Machine Environ's Thermotron AST System, using a step-stress method, accelerates fatigue in products to reveal design defects. In short, you test a product to fail, not to pass. DESIGN VALIDATION TESTING

Using extreme temperature change rates and repetitive shock vibration, you can determine your product's design and operating limits. It not only performs aggressive step-stressing, but can also apply stresses with extreme precision.

PRODUCT RUGGEDIZATION

The AST System provides severe stresses that can quickly identify a product's weaknesses. Results provide useful information about your product that aids in determining how to change its design and increase reliability. Our Product Testing System, also from Thermotron, can be used to indicate when the product failed, and under what conditions.

Environ's AST system employs the latest in aggressive temperature change rate and repetitive shock technology. The system is capable of running a variety of stress testing techniques, including HALT, HASS, STEP STRESSING, and many more. We encourage your presence during the tests, and understand you may have your own analysis systems. Our facility provides ample room for your equipment and personnel.
