SHOCK
 Items encounter physical shock impacts during handling, shipment or in daily use.
Equipment mounted in any mobile configuration or in an industrial environment are at
special risk. Our equipment subjects test units to shocks of varying magnitude and duration, with
half sine, saw tooth, or customer defined wave shapes. Shock Response Spectrum analysis is available
to measure distribution of acceleration as a function of frequency and the total energy of
the applied shock pulse. Data can be presented as hard copy or on magnetic media.
Environ uses both dedicated shock machines and 2" stroke vibration
machines to produce the most accurate wave forms available.

EQUIPMENT
AVCO, MTS and LAB shock machines plus LING 2016 vibration machine with 2"
stroke.
CAPABILITIES/LIMITS
Up to 2,000 pound table load.

100 g for 11 milliseconds
475 g for 5 milliseconds
1,000 g for .5 milliseconds
