VIBRATION
Vibration encountered in the field can cause numerous modes of failure
from electrical chatter to resonance induced fatigue. Isolating these problems before they occur requires
sophisticated equipment and
heavy duty vibration machines creating conditions simulating the real world. Our controllers represent the most modern vibration control equipment
on the market. We can combine vibration tests with temperature and/or humidity variations.
We can also reproduce field measured vibrations on our controllers and test both
functioning and dormant units. Special setups for hot gas flows and unusual stress
conditions are also available as well as an agree chamber coupled with a
6,000 force pound vibration machine. Temperatures may be varied from -65 degrees
Fahrenheit to
+500 degrees Fahrenheit. Our vibration machines are also programmed to run classical shock
routines and SRS.
